Technology’s rapid spread into every part of our lives has brought about more change than most people can comprehend. The internet and social media have allowed many people to have 24/7 access to conveniences and distractions leading to less concrete relationships. The costs are showing as the effects on the well-being of our shared spirit has been detrimental. The ongoing wars, conflicts and environmental chaos continue to reach new levels despite the many warnings and predictions current and previous generations foretold.

We have to rely on our real, true experiences not projections and abstractions. Now is the time to lean in and not numb our feelings or try to escape with diversions.

We transition to another phase on May 1st as Jupiter enters Taurus. The past transit that will provide us with the most insight would be the one of 1964 – 1966 . We can take a look at events and themes of previous transits as well to see what continues to play out, what has been resolved and what lessons can be learned to help solve current issues.

Resist the consumption traps that only imprison us. Don’t allow false realities and concepts like individual responsibility and social status to contort and fracture our existence. Make peace with the fact that we have been overburden with lies and coerced into actions that only benefit the greedy. We also must accept that even though we want to, we cannot save people from themselves. Focus on being full and whole as we work together with those who are committed to restoring our shared spirit. Remember – Embrace Ubuntu and Uphold Maat.
